The Mandatories

  1. Love of big ideas.
  2. Day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital and social projects, including site launches, mobile/web applications, social cadences, content production and ad campaigns.
  3. Clearly communicate with the team face-to-face and through tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Basecamp. 
  4. Organize and conduct daily standups with teams (familiarity and experience with GitHub or other Kanban systems for project management is a huge plus). 
  5. Work with Account and Digital teams to understand priorities and allocate resources accordingly. 
  6. Scope project requirements and prepare budgets.
  7. Develop project plans and monitor progress.
  8. Deliver projects on time and ensure quality.
  9. Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new processes.
  10. Direct and delegate to internal team (vast majority) and/or outside partners.
  11. Be passionate as all get-out. 
  12. Proven work experience as a Digital project manager / producer.
  13. Hands on experience with project management software.
  14. Solid understanding of technical landscape. 
  15. Excellent organization and time management skills.
  16. Communication and team management skills.
  17. Ability to work, think, and respond quickly, maintaining attention to detail on multiple projects simultaneously.
  18. Motivated, decisive, and dedicated to great.
  19. A deep love of collaboration.

Extra Credit

  1. Experience working with e-commerce, content platforms, social, and mobile applications for major brands.
  2. Experience running an agile or kanban workflow.
  3. Digital agency experience. 
  4. Familiarity with web development technologies.
  5. Knowledge of Software/Web Application Quality Assurance.
  6. Strong to excellent cornhole skills.
