The Mandatories

1. Love of big ideas
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience (mix of traditional/digital media experience preferred)
3. Familiarity with Media Research tools (Kantar, Scarborough, MRI, etc.) a plus
4. Day-to-day management of media planning and implementation
5. Resourcefulness, accountability, independent thinking and doing
6. Organized, detail-oriented, strong attention to follow-through
7. Nimble and flexible. Fast-paced environments are your happy place
8. Creative problem solver
9. Consummate team player
