Assistant Media Specialist



Do you have a passion for numbers and experience with media planning and buying?

The Details

  1. Identify media opportunities through evolving trends and vendor offerings.
  2. Help develop media plans, vendor rationale and tactical plan approaches.
  3. Execute plans and facilitate internal onboarding meetings to deliver specs and asset needs.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance. Translate data into actionable recommendations.
  5. Serve as the organization’s media liaison with media partners.
  6. Scan media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends.
  7. Appropriately manage the media budget and status of projects.

The Mandatories

  1. Have an eye for numbers.
  2. Superior organization skills.
  3. Media planning/buying experience.
  4. Comfortable presenting and talking to prospective and current clients.
  5. Working knowledge of paid media platforms.  (i.e. Facebook Business Manager, Google).
