OVERVIEW

Swarovski was looking for a way to move from being thought of as a special occasion purchase to being an everyday brand. With this they wanted to increase frequency of purchase and store visits. We introduced Swarovski Rewards, a mobile app driven loyalty program. The results were DAZZLING. Over 100K members spent almost $25 million in one year, and purchase frequency increased by 78%.

The loyalty program had three different tiers: Sparkle, Shimmer, and Shine. We not only created digital rewards, but also physical rewards too. For example, the Sparkle level received a deck of cards with catchy phrases on them.

The small stuff adds up. Through this animation we amplify the increase in the rewards level, giving a greater visual reward and increase in status.
